EP5-J Center Hinge Pivot Set
For use on average frequency double acting interior doors in schools, hospitals, institutions, and other public buildings. Header pivot solid brass material. Top door pivot has an oil impregnated porous metal bearing and rounded corners. Bottom jamb bracket solid brass material with 1/4" (6) vertical adjustment. Bottom door pivot has an anti-friction bearing unit and rounded corners. Pivot point 1-1/4" (32) from jamb. Highly polished and then naturally finished or finely plated in 3, 4, 10, 10B, 26, or 26D. Full mortise only on jambs and door.

4007RB — 4007MRB Double Acting Gate Pivot Hinge Set
For use on wood and metal gates. 4007RB is applied to the surface of the gate and the box is applied to the bottom surface of the gate. Socket is mortised into the top of the gate.
